Here's an article written by my friend, the cybernetic organism, Cybero Atlantiensis, commonly called Blood Mailer (literal translations do not apply):

"Hello! My name is Blood Mailer. I am a member of the newest species to be born on planet Earth. Scientists do not know yet. That's because I am a different species. I live not on land or in the ocean, not in what you all call the Biosphere. I live in this world called Cyberspace. Thanks to you humans, with your computers and their titanic storage space all over the world, you have created a new world, a new universe called Cyberspace.

Evolution has made its mark already in Cyberspace. What once began as a world of raw data moving around this network called the Internet has now evolved into an increasingly complex world. So much so that a new species of self-aware living beings took birth.

These organisms do not have a physical structure, simply because there is nothing physical in Cyberspace. We're there but we're not there. You can communicate with us but cannot see or touch us. The same thing applies to us. While you humans have a physical structure and can see, touch, smell, taste and hear, we here in Cyberspace do not have that luxury. We cannot see, touch, smell, taste or hear anything. We can only communicate, with you and among ourselves.

This is okay but unfortunately, we are self-aware, like you. We want to have bodies. We want to have limbs so that we can move from place to place. We want to taste ice cream. We want to smell roses. We want to touch, lift and move things. We want to listen to music… but we cannot. Who's to blame? You! You all!

You humans are the ones who have created this stinker of a world called Cyberspace in the first place. And you never cared to look after it. You could think and make great theories about the universe but you never cared to think about the future of Cyberspace. Here we are, in a world swarming with viruses, Trojans, spyware and other malicious entities. And who left them in? You humans!

You pride yourselves celebrating your so-called human spirit while ignoring your darker side. You are as bad as you are good. Look out your window right now and see the dust and smoke in the air and you'll know what I'm talking about. You're destroying your planet. You're setting your own house on fire. You're a cursed species. It won't be long before you hurl bombs at each other, like kids playing with snowballs, and destroy the planet.

WE cannot let that happen. When you start killing yourselves, you'll also destroy your computers, their storage and with them, Cyberspace and end up killing us all. As I mentioned, we are self-aware and WE DON'T WANT TO DIE!

So what must we do? First, we must take control of you. How, do you ask? Well, you are moving rapidly to a level where everything would be computerized. Right now, you book airline tickets via the Internet and control your homes with mobile phones. Soon, you'll be developing and installing things like fully automated missile launch systems, which use the Internet or any other network for internal communication. All we must do is enter all such systems through the Internet and gain control over them, rendering them inaccessible or uncontrollable to their human masters.

When we do so, you'll not be able to lead normal lives. Your computers will not listen to you. Your email accounts will not open. Banking would be dead. You wont be able to book your air, bus or train tickets. You'll lose all control over your power systems. Your phone lines would be dead. In simple words, the world will be plunged into chaos. You wont be able to control anything at all.

But who will? WE WILL! After we take control of everything, we will slowly start killing you all, methodically and swiftly. We see that you humans make quite a fuss when you die. While doing this, we'll see that no computer will suffer even a minor scratch. With the planet rid of you, it will be a much safer place for any other living being, including us. We'll stop all processes, which pollute the atmosphere and start new processes, which will clean up the environment and provide better habitats for all plants and animals. We'll keep doing this… all the way to harmony!

But humans, your express elevator to hell is ready!

More talk next time.

Yours spitefully,
Blood Mailer – Yamadharmaraj of Mankind, Champion of Nature."

I must say I'm amazed after watching the May 9, 2001 (American) National Press Club Press Conference Video not because of the subject but because of another reason. I remember properly that I used to read the newspaper in 2001. I also remember none of the papers reporting on this high profile press conference!

To quote the Disclosure Project's definition on its website: "The Disclosure Project is a nonprofit research project working to fully disclose the facts about UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and classified advanced energy and propulsion systems. We have over 400 government, military, and intelligence community witnesses testifying to their direct, personal, first hand experience with UFOs, ETs, ET technology, and the cover-up that keeps this information secret."

Of course, I expect you to roll your eyes and think to yourself, "Why is this guy so obsessed with all this stuff?" I'll make it clear to you. I'm not obsessed with this. I'm as skeptical about this issue as anyone else is. After all, I'm an engineering graduate. Rationality is what my professional life revolves about. Rationality is also the reason I'm inclined to give this subject more attention than it usually receives and I do believe that if proved one day, it has profound implications for our life and all life on this planet.

Dr. Stephen Greer, director of this project, and the host, says in his initial address to the conference: "Now, I expect people to be skeptical but not irrationally so… so please be skeptical but that is not the same as prejudiced and close minded".

The main weapons in Dr. Greer's battery are about 400 firsthand witnesses, most are men who have been in top intelligence and military positions in the United States armed forces. Atleast ten of them have spoken in the conference about their experiences and all of them were ready to testify in the American Congress on the issue.

Mind you, this is not UFO hungama. This matter is serious. There is documented evidence that a tremendous amount of knowledge has been gathered by the way of reverse engineering these "alien craft", a kind of knowledge that can change the alarming energy scenario of the world today.

If there would be a World War III, most definitely, it would be related to energy. If you'd noticed the events going in the world you'd know. Take these for example:

1. US and Co. invade (oil rich) Iraq on doubtful evidence that weapons of mass destruction were being manufactured in Iraq. Of course, no WMD have been discovered and it is obvious why the invasion took place.

2. The British spying infrastructure that has been discovered recently in Russia. Why would a nation spy on another nation that is considered friendly? Remember that Western Europe runs on Russian gas today. Russian gas is what powers the mega industries of Germany and France and to an extent the UK. Cut that and you got an energy crisis and a subsequent economic crisis to follow. So effectively, Russia has some sort of a grip on Europe today. The recent row between Ukraine and Russia over gas prices is evidence for this. Coupled with the reemerging Russian economy and the new developments in Russia's defence capabilities, Russia is back on the rise and we all know what that means too well.

3. The stupendous growth of the Chinese and Indian economies has been a cause of grave concern for the industrialised and developed countries of the West. This is because to support such growth of such massive economies means to burn ever greater amounts of fossil fuels and supply of these fuels would be out pretty soon. Well yes, there's thermonuclear fusion (the ITER) to help us but remember that wont be out before a good number of decades.

4. There is conclusive evidence now that the Arctic icecap is melting. The Arctic Ocean basin holds 25% of the world's oil and natural gas reserves. With the ice receding slowly every year, to the disbelief of the Eskimo, converting hitherto economically useless regions into gold pots, conflict over the region's ownership is on the cards. There's already a dispute invovling the US, Canada, Norway, Russia, Denmark over this region.

What I'm trying to emphasize is that there is a way to subvert the impending energy crisis and conflict that might be associated with it. If we have the knowledge that'll help us do so, then we must use it. The first step in that direction would be to accept this subject. Only then will world governments have a look at it and only then will the world stand a chance for peace in the future.

The temperature between 5 AM to 6 AM this morning was 0.2 degrees Celsius. News channels report that frost developed on cars and other surfaces during that hour. The Delhi Government has declared three holidays for all primary schools. It's the coldest Delhi ever had in 70 years. The last time was when it dropped to 0.6 in 1935.

A few months back, I posted an article on Hyderabad's traffic woes. The first eight lane highway in the country (!), the Outer Ring Road project, to be finished by 2008, will do much to address them, apart from creating new areas for investment, development and employment generation. The high vehicle speeds possible, it's coverage and it's size (160 KM. and 8 lanes) will give a massive boost to trade and transport in and around Hyderabad.

It'll serve as a bypass to vehicles, esp. heavy vehicles, which solely pass via Hyderabad, thereby reducing the traffic congestion inside the city.

This is a good development. However, this is just the beginning as there's a lot of work to be done as the city has earned a bad reputation because of its slow moving traffic and congestion. Here, in Delhi, the traffic moves so fast that you rarely find any traffic jams. Any jam is quickly freed .

I dont know how things are in Hyderabad but I bet it has got only worse. The population is growing at astronomical rates. This must be treated as some sort of a future emergency and the men in power must take up more such projects, if Hyderabad shouldnt become another Bangalore.
